A New Pathway for Healing at Kind Waters
At Kind Waters Therapy & Wellness, we are always looking for meaningful ways to expand access to powerful therapeutic experiences. Beginning June 2026, we will offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Catalyst Insight Collective.
This collaboration allows our clients to experience a carefully supported therapeutic process — combining ketamine treatment with skilled psychotherapy — helping individuals access new perspectives, emotional insight, and relief from persistent mental health challenges.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy can help create space for meaningful shifts in the way we relate to thoughts, emotions, and experiences. When paired with intentional therapeutic support, many clients report a greater ability to process difficult experiences and move toward healing.
What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the medical administration of ketamine with psychotherapy sessions designed to help clients prepare for, process, and integrate their experiences. Ketamine has been used safely in medical settings for decades — and in recent years has gained significant attention for its potential to help individuals experiencing persistent mental health challenges.
In the KAP model, the medication experience is not the therapy itself — it is a catalyst that can deepen therapeutic work when supported by skilled clinicians.
How the Process Works
Our KAP program is designed to provide thoughtful preparation, guided experience, and meaningful integration — every step of the way.
Consultation & Assessment
Clients meet with a Kind Waters clinician to explore goals, review history, and determine whether KAP may be an appropriate and beneficial option.
Preparation Sessions
Before any ketamine session, clients engage in therapy focused on intention setting, safety planning, and building a clear understanding of what to expect.
Ketamine Session
The ketamine experience is facilitated in a safe, clinically supervised environment in collaboration with our medical partners at Catalyst Insight Collective.
Integration Therapy
Following the experience, clients participate in integration sessions to process insights, consolidate shifts, and translate them into meaningful, lasting life change.
