Abby J. Schnedler

Abby J. Schnedler

Abby J. Schnedler is a Marriage & Family Therapist, MS, LMFT. Let’s talk about healing…what are we struggling with that is our responsibility to heal, and what might we be carrying that was passed onto us? Giving yourself the grace and compassion to heal is one way to change the dynamics of our interactions with others and our relationship with ourselves. Holding space for people to explore the impact of mental health on their own lives is the central focus of her work. She is a relational therapist and feels that it is most important to establish trust and empathy with clients for therapeutic growth to occur.

Her therapeutic interests are general, but she is well versed in working with clients experiencing stress/overwhelm, depression, adoption issues, anxiety, challenging relationships, family of origin issues, boundary issues, and constraints stemming from institutional and systemic racism and discrimination.

My mantra is “let go & find peace of mind.” If this is your first time seeking therapy, know that you are not alone—we’ve all been there, and I’m here for you. Come as you are; there is a safe space waiting for you.

As a proud Latina woman and adult immigrant, I understand the challenges many face. I view difficult situations as opportunities for growth, and I thrive in creating a compassionate and emotionally comfortable environment during our sessions. Together, we can explore coping skills that help you navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma, and cultivate a positive self-image, allowing you to love and forgive yourself.

I am a pre-licensed therapist pursuing my doctorate in Psychology, experienced in supporting individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, grief, PTSD, gender dysphoria and other life experiences. My services are offered in both English and Spanish and are culturally sensitive and trauma-informed.

Throughout our time together, I will honor you by using a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental approach to healing. I welcome individuals of all cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs, and gender expressions.

I look forward to the opportunity to support you on this journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Chantelle Jordan

M.A., LPCC Psychotherapist

Chantelle Jordan is an M.A., Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Psychotherapist who bases therapy with her clients on a genuine therapeutic relationship and recognizes that this connection creates the space for healing. This world spends much of its time breaking us down, leaving us feeling broken, rejected, lonely, and searching for answers. But Chantelle believes that through this brokenness, we can discover who we want to be, bringing us the emotional healing we desire. By exploring our childhood and significant life experiences, we can understand how these events impact how we treat ourselves, interact with others, and create meaning in our lives.

Chantelle believes that change occurs when we begin to truly accept ourselves as we are and live our most authentic lives; this is done through open and non-judgmental dialogue to encourage radical self-love, forgiveness, and meaning-making.

Marcus Scott Manning

Marcus Manning, founder of Kindwater Therapy, is a psychotherapist who turned adversity into purpose. Adopted into a middle-class white family at three months of age, Marcus faced the isolating realities of racial identity while growing up in a predominantly white neighborhood. Grappling with the challenges of racial identity and struggling to find acceptance and belonging caused trauma, and undiagnosed ADHD further complicated his journey. Equally, as a transracial adoptee, his life experience overlaps the boundary between Caucasian and African-American cultures and gives him an uncommonly unique multicultural perspective on life and living.

Committed to helping clients live their best lives, his specialties are counseling Adult Adoptees, Adult ADHD/ADD, Couples/Interracial Couples, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Stress Management.

He is also a Holistic Health Practitioner, so depending on your needs, he may incorporate calming candles, salt lamps, Kinetic Sand, or meditative background music into our sessions. In 2023, Marcus became the Director of a Psychedelic Medicine and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program within one of the largest group practices in Minnesota, bringing innovative approaches to mental health treatment.
